Hi, I'm Fraeya!

I’m an IFS trained therapist, fluent in English and German who is passionate about helping people discover the path to a more empowered and fulfilled life. I pride myself on being non-judgemental and clients have described me as warm, patient and attentive.

Originally from the UK, I have a PhD in engineering and spent close to a decade working in scientific research first in London, then in Berlin where I have lived since 2018.

In 2021, I began volunteering with the Telefonseelsorge (a crisis hotline) where I offer person-centred counselling to those in need. During my time there, I developed a keen interest in how trauma influences our lives and realised that my interest was more of a professional calling so began the journey to become a therapist shortly afterwards.

With my scientific background, it was important to me to train in an effective, evidence-based therapy so I decided to join the growing number of mental health professionals who are transforming lives with IFS therapy and began training with the IFS Institute, Munich.

Now at the end of my training, I am ready to live my dream of helping my clients experience more Self-energy: compassion, confidence, courage, calmness, connectedness, curiosity, creativity and clarity.

Through my own parts work I have personally benefited greatly from IFS therapy and believe it is a powerful method to rapidly heal the root cause of an issue, as well as allowing me to understand and manage my thoughts and feelings in my daily life.
