About me
I am convinced that every person is whole and healthy at their core. Sometimes we are simply surrounded by layers of protection, pain or learned patterns that prevent us from feeling this wholeness.
With over 2.5 years of experience in IFS therapy, I help people regain access to their inner wisdom and love. I create a safe space where all parts of a person are welcomed and valued, and the pace and aim of therapeutic exploration is set by the client.
